Does this guarantee I’ll get a ticket?+
No. We alert you to availability changes we detect, but tickets can sell out between checks or before you open an alert. You buy directly from FIXR, subject to the venue’s terms.
Do you track restocks too?+
Yes. We track individual ticket options becoming available and new available batches on monitored events. To reduce repeated restock notifications, we allow up to three per event within five minutes; a fourth triggers a five-minute restock pause. New releases and other events stay active. We cannot detect more stock being added while an option remains continuously available.
How quickly do alerts arrive?+
The monitor targets checks about every 30 seconds. Page loading, outages and Telegram delivery can add delays. Very brief restocks can be missed.
Can I share my membership?+
Access is tied to the Telegram account used at checkout. Forwarded links do not grant access to an unpaid account.
What happens when my pass ends?+
Your paid group access ends automatically. There is no automatic charge. Buy another pass through the bot whenever you want to return.
